As a contracted web producer for Providence Health & Services, I created content for a new Sharepoint website that consolidated all the patient information, healthcare provider, hospitals and care facilities, and the insurance portal into one customized experience. In addition, I wrote the Providence website user manual to train other content contributors, and was hired by ProKarma (the lead agency on the web restructure), to create a sell-in booklet for their healthcare vertical marketing efforts.
